Marvin McNutt: No. 8 Player on ESPN 2011 Postseason Top 25

Marvin McNutt (7) during pre-game drills having a moment of laughs with Kevonte Martin-Manley prior to the Northwestern game in 2011.

Congratulations, Marvin, on a fabulous 2011 season with the Hawkeyes. B1G blogger Adam Rittenberg has named Marvin the No. 8 player n the conference based on season long performances during the 2011 season.  What a story Marvin was for the Hawks.  He came as a QB from St. Louis and found himself in unfamiliar territory as being deep in the depth chart. Marvin decided to switch positions to WR and the rest is history – record breaking history.  Here are a few of my favorite shots that I took of Marvin during the 2011 season.  Good luck, Marvin, in the NFL.  I hope to see you wearing red, white and gold on Sunday’s alongside Tony Moeaki and Ricky Stanzi.  Go ahead and click on ’em!  They’re big pics.
