Riley Reiff: No. 13 Player on ESPN 2011 Postseason Top 25

Riley Reiff (77) joins the celebration of Keenan Davis' touchdown grab during the Hawkeyes huge 4th quarter come-from-behind victory against Pitt in 2011.

Let’s see..Riley Reiff is projected to be a likely Top 10 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, yet he is only the 13th best player in the B1G?  That, according to the good folks at ESPN.  I’m not sure I follow the logic.  At any rate, Hawk fans know the significance Riley has had on the offensive line, protecting the blind side for QBs Ricky Stanzi and James Vandenberg and opening holes for the former RBs Jewell Hampton, Brandon Wegher, Adam Robinson, and Marcus Coker.  Riley will soon join the likes of Robert Gallery, Bryan Bulaga, Marshall Yanda, Eric Steinbach, Casey Weigmann, and several other OLs making current contributions to the respective NFL teams.
